2. Commercial Auto Insurance Required: You must maintain valid commercial auto insurance that complies with state and federal laws and covers liability, bodily injury, and property damage.
3. Proof of Insurance: You agree to submit proof of your active commercial policy. Failure to do so may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
4. No Insurance Provided: PWNDU.AI does not provide insurance. It is your responsibility to maintain and manage your own policy and claims.
5. Risk Acknowledgment: You assume full responsibility for your vehicle, passengers, and operations while using the app. PWNDU.AI is not liable for incidents, damages, or costs resulting from your activities.
6. Taxes on rides: You assume full responsibility for the tax payments on all rides at the current rate for your State and Local Tax. All taxes on rides must be paid by the Driver and is up to you to make timely payments for the tax.
