PWNDU.AI Driver Agreement

1. Independent Contractor Status: You are not an employee of PWNDU.AI. You operate your own driving business.

2. Commercial Auto Insurance Required: You must maintain valid commercial auto insurance that complies with state and federal laws and covers liability, bodily injury, and property damage.

3. Proof of Insurance: You agree to submit proof of your active commercial policy. Failure to do so may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

4. No Insurance Provided: PWNDU.AI does not provide insurance. It is your responsibility to maintain and manage your own policy and claims.

5. Risk Acknowledgment: You assume full responsibility for your vehicle, passengers, and operations while using the app. PWNDU.AI is not liable for incidents, damages, or costs resulting from your activities.

6. Taxes on Rides: You are responsible for all state and local ride taxes. You must file and pay applicable taxes timely.

7. Location Data: We collect location data to provide routing, pick-up/drop-off, ETA calculation, and safety features. This data is processed under your consent and can be deleted upon request.

By registering, you acknowledge and accept these terms as a condition of using the PWNDU.AI platform.
