PWNDU.AI Promoter Terms of Service

By participating as a promoter, marketer, affiliate, or advertiser (“Promoter”) for PWNDU.AI, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Independent Promoter Status

Promoters act as independent third parties and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of PWNDU.AI. Nothing in this agreement creates any employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

2. Advertising & Marketing Costs

All costs associated with advertising, marketing, promotion, content creation, media buying, printing, posting, or distribution are solely the responsibility of the Promoter.

PWNDU.AI does not reimburse, refund, cover, or assume responsibility for any advertising or promotional expenses incurred by a Promoter under any circumstances.

Promoters proceed at their own financial risk.

3. No Guaranteed Earnings or Results

Any dollar figures, earnings examples, projections, statistics, or performance goals referenced by PWNDU.AI—whether verbal, written, displayed on the website, or in marketing materials—are:

Non-guaranteed
For illustrative or aspirational purposes only

PWNDU.AI makes no promises, representations, or guarantees regarding income, profits, growth, conversions, signups, or financial outcomes.

Actual results vary and depend on numerous factors outside PWNDU.AI’s control.

4. No Reimbursement or Liability

PWNDU.AI is not liable for:

Advertising spend losses
Marketing campaign performance
Platform fees (ad networks, social platforms, print vendors, etc.)
Opportunity costs
Business or personal financial losses

Promoters expressly waive any claims for reimbursement or damages related to promotional activity.

5. Compliance With Laws

Promoters are responsible for ensuring their marketing activities comply with:

FTC advertising guidelines
Consumer protection laws
Platform-specific advertising policies
Local, state, and federal regulations

Any violations are the sole responsibility of the Promoter.

6. Right to Terminate

PWNDU.AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any promoter participation at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By promoting, advertising, or marketing PWNDU.AI in any form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
